The structure is located in the historic center of Pozzuoli, in front of the central Piazza della Repubblica. The building is one of the late nineteenth century buildings, typical of the area, once populated by fishermen and has no lift.
The two apartments occupy the entire second floor; on the third there is the B&B room. All solutions overlook the main shopping and nightlife street and a glimpse of the square.
The welcome, freshness and elegance constitute excellent conditions for stays spent in relaxation and comfort.
On the third floor there is access to the host’s house which has three internal levels.
The B&B room, located on the second level, is a single/double room with a queen size bed, wardrobe and bedside table and overlooks the main street. Ideal for those who want a family atmosphere, but at the same time enjoy privacy.
Going up a few steps we find a kitchenette complete with fridge, microwave oven, hob (2 electric burners), followed by the bathroom, with floor shower, always equipped with hairdryer, soap and courtesy set.
From here you have direct access to the beautiful solarium terrace, very quiet, full of ornamental plants that delimit the various spaces, giving color and freshness. The splendid view of the Gulf of Pozzuoli ranges from the Piazza below to follow the Flegrean sea, the coast of Bacoli and then the Castle of Procida and finally the majestic Monte Epomeo of Ischia.
